Caving - Walter Dupouy

Walter Dupouy Cave is situated just a few minutes from Capaya town, Miranda State; it is formed by a principal cavity of very steep slopes where a stream of crystalline water runs.

Getting to the cave takes approximately an hour walk through a wooded path which leads us to the entrance of it. After walking a few minutes inside the cave, the first rappel gets installed in order to make progress and keep going through a narrow path that takes us to the gallery where we carry out the second rappel. This last rappel allows us to arrive to the amazing and beautiful Isabel Lake where the group rests and then return through the same way.
